On behalf of Progressive
Energy Partners, LLC, we would like to seize this moment
to thank you for taking your time to peruse these
materials and to introduce you to our company and our mission.
Progressive Energy Partners has been established in order
to take advantage of available opportunities in this country’s
growing need for energy resources by procuring, developing
and operating oil and gas producing entities. After considerable
research, we’ve selected 4700 acres in West Virginia
in the counties of Pleasants, Ritchie and Tyler, naturally
rich in already productive oil and gas fields. Additionally,
Progressive Energy Partners contracted an independent Petroleum
Geologist in West Virginia, who made available to us his
geological and topographical information on these pay zones
which is provided for you within.
Progressive Energy Partners is comprised of five individuals,
who bring to the project a vast amount of expertise, knowledge,
proficiencies and capabilities regarding this class of
enterprise and investment opportunity, and who will be
responsible for handling all aspects of the project. The
current and continuing operator of these lucrative wells
is a West Virginia company with many years experience in
the functionality and day to day maintenance of the men
and materials necessary for ongoing production and distribution
of both the oil and gas resources so readily available.
Progressive Energy Partners goal is a simple one. We intend
to make profits for our investors by taking advantage of
the 87 existing wells and 10 miles of existing operational
gas pipeline obtained by us for the transport of our gas
production. As mentioned, these wells are under on-site
management and will continue to be handled by this experienced
and capable company. In addition, we will establish new
wells on additional pay zone sites at this same general
location selected by the project manager in consideration
of the findings of our geologist, who will continue to
remain involved in all our production.
The three counties we’ve selected in West Virginia,
Pleasants, Ritchie and Tyler, have long been among the
top producers of energy resources in the state and indeed,
one of the very first areas to produce oil in the United
States.
